Mr. Rerani Vhonani Vincent

(LLB) University of Venda




Mr. Rerani holds an LLB degree from the University of Venda. He graduated at the Pretoria School for Legal Practice, while at the same time working at the Competition Commission of South Africa’s Legal Services Division.

Mr. Rerani served his articles at, one of the top black law firms in Brooklyn Pretoria. Upon Admission as a legal practitioner, Mr. Rerani was appointed as an Associate and served as such until the establishment of RM-INC.

Mr. Rerani’s areas of practice includes amongst other things, general civil litigation, Labour and employment law, investigations, commercial and contract law, including legal opinions on the listed areas of practice.

Mr. Sihle Benedicter Mdludla

(LLB) University of Zululand

Mr. Mdludla holds an LLB from the University of Zululand. After completing his degree, he joined the Competition Commission’s legal services department where he was exposed to mergers and the prosecution of cartels. Among some notable transactions, Mr. Mdludla was part of the team that assessed the AB InBev and SAB merger.

Mr. Mdludla later joined a commercial law firm in Pretoria to complete his articles. During his period of articles, he was attached to the commercial and labour law department where he developed his research capacity. Mr. Mdludla has established himself as a keen litigator having litigated matters that produced seminal judgments in the field of labour law. The following are among some of the notable judgments:

• Vodacom (Pty) Ltd and Others v National Association of South African Workers and Another (2019) 40 ILJ 1882 (LC)
• South African Broadcasting Corporation (SOC) Ltd v Keevy and Others (2020) 6 BLLR 607 (LC)
• Competition Commission of South Africa v Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited 2019 (4) BCLR 470 (CC)

Mr. Mdludla was also involved in a matter where he successfully protected a minor child’s right to be able to be considered as an heir to an estate of her late German adoptive grandmother.

At RM Inc, Mr. Mdludla is ceased with complex litigation matters involving commercial, labour, administrative and constitutional matters. Mr. Mdludla also advises various state-owned entity and public entities on various matters.
